Shipping and Returns


We can ship via USPS, Fedex, or UPS. We have found that Fedex and UPS are the most reliable methods of shipping. You can email us anytime to track your package and we will also email you a copy of your tracking number once you place your order. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges and we will quote each order according to the rate of the shipping provider you select. Any order over $100 we will add signature required for security reasons. Delivery time usually takes approximately 2-5 business days to customers located in the US. If you are overseas it could take approximately 7-12 business days. If you are an overseas buyer, in another country, you will need to check with your customs agency to ensure that you will successfully be able to import electronic cigarettes.


We offer a 30 day warranty on all products purchased through us. We will immediately replace any DOA products. You can be reassured that we will replace any defective products within your warranty period. Simply contact us via email for prior authorization and once approved, send the package back to us and our system will process a replacement for you. We will not return or exchange any cartridges or eliquid that has been opened/used. We also reserve the right to refuse returns on products that look like they were neglected/damaged by the user.
